Lead time 2 weeks. Doll construction will begin upon completed payment. 
Any cancellation must be made within 48 hours for a full refund. After 48 hours there will be partial refund only. 
NOTE: doll completion and delivery by Christmas deadline is December 12th! Custom orders will be closed after December 12th!
